Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital marketing or digital media/advertising sales.
- Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local clients and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in business development, C-level client relationship management and servicing.
- Knowledge of Vietnam technology and advertising landscape, with strong understanding of Retails, Telco, Gaming, and Apps industries in the market.
- Understanding of digital advertising solutions and media products; knowledge and experience of using Google and YouTube advertising solutions.
- Ability to mentor team members and work towards goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Partner and consult with customers in Vietnam, with the goal of co-developing effective digital strategies, increasing product knowledge and adoption, optimizing customer advertising and growing the business.
- Structure joint business plans for key customer accounts and help transform growth curves through understanding of their business objectives, key performance indicators, and challenges.
- Analyze data trends and customer performance to generate industry insights, collaborate cross-functionally to identify next big bets, and prepare and conduct transformational pitches and presentations.
- Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to participate in industry events and conferences.
- Develop and maintain C-level relationships, serve as a point of contact to customers, and advise on digital trends.
