The EED Institute designs and develops EE components, system software, and embedded solutions for current and future VinFast models, including power electronics, Tbox devices, and vehicle networks. It also standardizes development processes, ensures compliance with international standards, and leads efforts in system safety, testing, and validation.



As a Project Manager, youโ€™ll support the coordination and organization of project activities for the Institute. This role is crucial in ensuring transparency, consistency, and efficient progress across various development stages.




Position Responsibilities


(The Project Manager may not have all of the responsibilities mentioned below. Specific assignment shall be given by the Head of Institute as the case may be.)


  • Develop and maintain smart services roadmaps with dashboards for tracking improvements.
  • Create and manage release schedules for devices and applications.
  • Coordinate with planning teams for commercial contracts and third-party features.
  • Oversee metrics such as feature burn-ups and defect density, and track device maturity.
  • Collaborate with hardware, manufacturing team and vendors to define deadlines and review content.
  • Ensure requirements and test case linkages are complete and report on development status.
  • Establish processes for cross-functional feature delivery and manage software integration metrics.


Job Requirements


  • Good working and implementation knowledge of โ€œAgile/ASPICEโ€ and agile/aspice practices in a similar environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of metric creation in an agile/aspice environment to drive performance and delivery
  • Demonstrated success of working with cross functional teams and diverse geographical locations
  • Fluent spoken (and ideally written) English and Vietnamese for international communications and coordination of diverse skill teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership behaviors
  • Demonstrated Business acumen with a good understanding of planning, strategy and implementation
