The purpose of this role is to provide strategic recommendations and manage all resources to ensure the Client’s marketing needs are met. They are viewed as a trusted advisor to client, understands and articulates client business insights and leverages to contribute ways to move business forward, lead and monitor the day -to - day activities; proactively identify new business building insights and opportunities, manage, motivate and develop their team; work with other departments to develop and execute strategies that will build the Client’s business. The role is also responsible expected to have strong business skills and can manage the profit for the team and is ambitious to achieve strong financial targets.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Developing new business: Creating a strategy to develop a pipeline of new business, including leading the agency's pitch process

Managing relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers, and managing C-suite and senior relationships with existing clientele

Representing the agency: Promoting the agency and being the first point of contact for potential clients

Understanding the advertising landscape: Being well-versed in the agency's products, services, and case studies

Leading and coordinating: Coordinating staff and company resources, and leading and converting new business

Collaboration: Collaborating and working with multiple teams and departments within the organization to be able to give the best output to the client’s expectations

Developing budgets: Developing departmental budgets, reporting on revenue, and implementing financial policies

Identifying risks and opportunities: Identifying risks and opportunities, and tracking business performance

Ensuring compliance: Ensuring team operations comply with corotate laws and regulations
Knowledge and experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in the field with 7 years in management level
- Strong agency background, preferrable with Japanese portfolio
- Excellent at strategic business development mindset
- Proven track as industry expertise
Skills and abilities:
